With her sleek and vibrant creations, Corinne Hellein has become known as an “enthusiastic designer” and recognized expert in marrying color and materials. She gathers inspiration from her frequent trips to all corners of the world, returning to Paris with her treasures of sketches, color palettes and photos and an unstoppable energy that she applies to her creations. Other inspirations come from the great names of art and modern architecture such as Charlotte Perriand, Robert Rauschenberg or Olafur Eliasson. These influences have allowed her to create a style that is grounded in oversized and graphic motifs where color adds a contemporary and sensitive variation. Her decorative cushions and textiles let us travel and give us a peek into her vision of the urban world where nature and architecture are intertwined. A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, Corinne Hellein was formerly creative director of Robert le Héros for 20 years before launching COCOhellein.
